Covid-19 Policies & Procedures
-Wait outside to be let in.
-Leave outdoor shoes and coats at the front door.
-Wash hands before coming down to the gym in the bathroom by the front door.
-Only bring in what you need for your workout (indoor sneakers, water bottles).
-Reschedule your session if you are sick, think you may be getting sick or have been in contact with a potential case of COVID-19.
-Anyone who shows symptoms of being sick or unwell will be asked to leave immediately and charged for the session.
-Arrive on time or no more then 3-5 minutes early to allow for everything to be properly cleaned and sanitized between clients.
-Come alone, during this time only personal training clients and I will be allowed in the gym. Sorry kids!

As a trainer Rayanne is a great motivator. Her personally designed fitness plans are varied and challenging and keep me progressing consistently. She always demonstrates knowledge and passion and she truly cares about her clients.
I started working out with Rayanne during her 6 week beat your best challenge. When I started the 6 weeks I was NOT in shape, poor posture, horrible cardio and just overall in a negative body and mind space. After the 6 week challenge I had to continue because I feel like a new person.The workouts push me and Rayanne pushes me harder. From the group classes to the personal training, this woman knows her stuff. You never know what to expect and you always look forward to the next session.

Although she and I were in different walks of life, she made it her job to learn about the surgery I had and how to help me reach my goals. I had never belonged to a gym before and at the age of 55 with a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia, I knew that if I didn’t start moving now I was going to be in big trouble soon. I was self-conscious about joining a gym and felt working with a personal trainer would be the best place to start. Rayanne was my Personal Trainer. She developed a program that worked for me and within one month I began to notice that I was able to do things that I didn’t think I would ever be able to do again. Wow, what a feeling that is!
Rayanne is very knowledgeable and if one technique isn’t working for me, she is able to develop a different approach to working that same muscle. I never feel like she is judging me on the days when I am not in my top form and she is always able to help me find the balance between a great workout and knowing my body’s limits. Rayanne is very personable and during our workout sessions we have great chats. I now have a different outlook on life in terms of my ability to undertake physical activities and I now enjoy biking and hiking with my husband and Nordic Pole Walking.
