Total Body Kickstart

Let's start the week strong together! Join Leanne for a kick your butt circuit to start your week off on a strong note! In this class you will find a variety of offerings such as rowing machines, skipping, agility ladders, dumbbells, body bars, balls and more!
Each week a new circuit is provided that is tailored to working your full body. From beginner to advanced, you will find it all in this dynamic circuit training program. Bring your water bottle!

Total Upper Body Blast
TUESDAY | 12:05-12:50pm
Come and join Leanne for a 45-minute total upper body workout class that offers a fun and efficient session. This class offers a variety of strength training styles using dumbbells, body bars, bands and body weight at set timed intervals. You can expect exercises such as curls, presses, rows, core movements and more. A cardio element is also incorporated to get your heart pumping with low impact options and modifications for all.

Total Body Power

Join Colin mid week to get a strong, full body workout in. This class focuses on pure strength exercises where you can expect to see anything from pushups, planks, squats, curls and more utilizing dumbbells and/or body bars. Colin always offers modifications in order for this class to be suitable for all. Exercises are timed, and along with set breaks making this a structured class. Join Leanne on Fridays to end the work week off with a bang! This class is broken down into Cardio and Core HIIT, followed by a longer flexibility focused stretching component. Cardio and Core are bodyweight exercises only, in order to allow us to move faster, increase the heart rate and really focus on our core movements. Modifications are offered from beginner to advanced making this workout fit into your fitness level. Let Leanne send you off for your weekend having covered all your bases!
