    Join us for a total body circuit to start your week off on a strong note! In this class you will find a variety of offerings such as rowing machines, steppers, dumbbells, body bars, balls and more!

    Each week a new circuit is provided that is tailored to working your full body. From beginner to advanced, you will find it all in this dynamic circuit training program.

  • Power Pull

    TUESDAY | 12:05-12:50pm with Kayla

    Get ready to power up your week with Power Pull Tuesdays! Our Tuesday 45-minute Pull Class is designed to challenge your strength, improve your technique, and boost overall performance. This high-energy session combines a variety of pulling exercises using free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements to help you build power and endurance.

    Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body, followed by a series of strength training circuits, and concludes with a cool-down focused on flexibility and recovery. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, the class is tailored to help you progressively improve and push your limits.

  • Slow & Steady

    WEDNESDAY | 12:05-12:50pm with Rayanne

    Experience slow and controlled movement to strengthen your core on every exercise. We are always so busy and rushed, lets slow it down on our mats mid week. Controlled movements often are what your body craves.

    We'll use a variation of light weights, bands, bars and body weighted exercises. No matter your fitness level, limitations or injuries you are currently working with, Rayanne can help modify this class for you. This class style is inspired by Rayanne’s love of Pilates. But don’t let it fool you, it’s still a very challenging workout! It's a vibe!

    WEDNESDAY | 7-7:45pm with Firas

    This 45-minute strength workout is designed to push you and maximize your results. This dynamic session combines strength intervals, targeting all major muscle groups for a full-body burn. Get ready to sweat, build strength, and boost your metabolism with a mix of compound exercises and circuits that keep you engaged and motivated from start to finish. Modifications are offered from beginner to advanced making this workout fit into your fitness level. Bring your water bottle.

  • Total Push

    THURSDAY | 12:05-12:50pm with Kayla

    Crank up your strength with Total Push Thursday, a 45-minute full-body workout designed to challenge both your upper and lower body. This high-energy class combines pushing exercises like presses and squats with dynamic movement patterns to build strength, endurance, and power from head to toe.

    Each session includes a warm-up to get your muscles primed, a series of targeted push-focused circuits, and a cool-down to help your body recover. Whether you're aiming to improve strength or simply shake up your routine, Total Push Thursday will push you to new limits and leave you feeling stronger all around!

  • Tempo - Full Body Strength

    FRIDAY | 6:15-7am with Taylor

    A fun, 45-minute low-impact, full-body workout class that flows to the beat of the music.

    The workout is designed to keep energy high while being gentle on the joints.

  • Cardio & Core

    FRIDAY | 12:05-12:50pm with Kayla

    This class is broken down into Cardio and Core. Cardio is bodyweight exercises only, in order to allow us to move faster, increase the heart rate. Dumbbells and bands may make an appearance with core depending on the day. Modifications are offered from beginner to advanced making this workout fit into your fitness level. Bring your water bottle and mat if you have one.

  • Pump It Up!

    SATURDAY | 10:15-11:00am

    Join us for a 45 minute full body strength workout offered in a variety of styles! We will use a variety of light, medium, and heavy weights! This class is suitable for everyone, modifications are available. Come in for a fun Saturday workout with us (we take turns leading this one!)! Bring your water bottle and mat.
